Socionics builds types from eight information elements (Ne, Si, Ti, Fe…) placed into eight fixed slots — the slot decides how the element behaves in you.
The three-letter code (ESI) names the top two slots. It looks like an MBTI type; it doesn't convert cleanly — which is the kind of disagreement this site exists to measure.

Where it clicks
- Low-effort comfort: aspirations get topped up in passing.
- No pressure to perform on the lead axis — it isn't being watched.
- Easy peace; conflict requires effort neither will spend.
Where it grinds
- Joint ambitions dissolve; the relation optimizes for ease.
- Core priorities never align — they run on unwatched channels.
- Easily mistaken for duality until something difficult happens.
