Socionics builds types from eight information elements (Ne, Si, Ti, Fe…) placed into eight fixed slots — the slot decides how the element behaves in you.
The three-letter code (ESI) names the top two slots. It looks like an MBTI type; it doesn't convert cleanly — which is the kind of disagreement this site exists to measure.

Where it clicks
- IEI genuinely learns — the input lands on an eager slot.
- ESI gets an attentive, energizing audience.
- Clean as teacher-and-student; less clean as equals.
Where it grinds
- The asymmetry compounds: IEI orbits, ESI drifts.
- ESI's own requests somehow never quite register with IEI.
- Both call it friendship; only one would call it nourishing.
