Where it clicks
- The SLE is all force and no calendar. The LIE's creative timing lands on a suggestive Ni slot that's glad to get it. Strike now, or wait for the counteroffer — the LIE supplies the when, and the SLE stops spending assaults on the wrong moments.
- The SLE's push is the thing the LIE's mobilizing Se runs short of. Deals the LIE had modeled but hesitated on get closed with the SLE in the room, and the LIE comes out bolder quarter by quarter.
- Beta and gamma both value Se with Ni. Pressure counts as normal weather, timing gets treated as real, and nobody sulks after a hard negotiation. They can fight at nine and split a steak at noon.
- The LIE's base Te meets the SLE's demonstrative slot, so the SLE follows margins and logistics fluently while claiming to be above spreadsheets. Their ventures run on that arrangement — the LIE plans it, the SLE takes it.
- Their ambition is mutual and unembarrassed. Neither type apologizes for wanting the bigger territory, and each treats the other's appetite as evidence of sanity rather than a character flaw.
Where it grinds
- The SLE's creative Ti gets no purchase on the LIE — that's the ignoring slot it arrives in. Elegant tactical schemes get overridden by whatever the LIE's numbers say today. The SLE keeps winning arguments and losing the plan.
- Si is nobody's job in this office — vulnerable for the LIE, ignored by the SLE. The fridge holds energy drinks and a single lime. Both work sick until the venture itself sends someone home.
- The beta SLE wants the victory loud — toasts, a table held late. The gamma LIE banks it and opens tomorrow's model. That's Fe values grinding against Te. The SLE finds the silence cheap; the LIE finds the party expensive.
- The SLE's vulnerable Fi never becomes visible to the LIE, whose own Fi is a hungry suggestive slot rather than a skill. Neither can say whether they're friends or just currently useful to each other. That question surfaces at bad times.
- The LIE's Te collects the admiration, and what comes back is compliance, not counsel. When the plan is wrong, the SLE — who could've said exactly where it breaks — was busy executing it hard. The wreckage arrives at speed.
