§2 In practice
Where it clicks
- The SLE's creative Ti checks its tactics against the LII's base Ti and actually hears the objections out — a courtesy the SLE extends to almost no one. The objections are load-bearing, and the SLE knows it.
- The broken lock, the pushy salesman, the entire move: the SLE dissolves the physical problems the LII keeps deferring. The LII watches the method work and files it under effective, unavailable.
- Before any venture, the LII's creative Ne lists what could go sideways. The SLE ignores four items, gets saved by the fifth, then asks to have the list earlier next time.
- They warm up in the same loud company, both being Fe-valuers of the suggestive and mobilizing kind. A long table of joking friends suits this pair better than any private dinner would.
- When the lanes are marked, the machine runs. The SLE's push plus the LII's scheme has shipped projects neither ships alone. Both remember exactly which parts were whose, and neither says so.
Where it grinds
- Just by walking in, the SLE's base Se presses the LII's sore slot: the volume, the speed, the way distance closes mid-disagreement. The LII complies on the spot, then spends three days redrafting the argument.
- Yes or no, right now, says the SLE. The LII offers a distinction instead — evasion to the SLE, the only honest answer available to the LII. They repeat the exchange weekly, with no drift toward resolution.
- The LII's hypotheticals bore the SLE inside a minute. Halfway through the explanation the SLE has already left to test the idea, incorrectly, and comes back reporting that the plan failed.
- On vacation, the split runs along the values seam, Se and Ni against Ne and Si. The SLE wants terrain and a target; the LII wants an adjustable calm. The compromise is a conquered itinerary that the LII endures.
- Once they share an apartment, the LII loses their recovery intervals. Doors open abruptly, plans get announced from other rooms, and the LII's baseline startle climbs. The SLE, who feels none of it, scores the growing quiet as moodiness.
