Where it clicks
- The SEE takes the EIE's creative foresight neat, no dilution — that's what a suggestive Ni slot is for. When to launch, when to walk away, which patron is finished: the EIE reads the arc. The SEE times the move to it, gratefully.
- The SEE's push is something the EIE's mobilizing Se wants more of. The EIE talks revolution, the SEE books the venue and gets the doors opened, and the EIE performs better with that muscle behind the vision.
- Beta and gamma both value Se and Ni, so neither of them flinches at stakes. A crisis, a rival, a public fight over the contract: they both step toward it, and the partnership is at its best under pressure.
- Both speak fluent Fe, base for the EIE and demonstrative for the SEE. The EIE conducts the crowd from the stage while the SEE works it person by person, and the fundraiser clears its target.
- The SEE studies the way the EIE turns an incident into a cause. The framing, the escalation, the pause before the line: it's craft the SEE can watch all night and have borrowed by morning.
Where it grinds
- The EIE ignores the SEE's creative Fi — that's the slot it falls into. The SEE's precise map of who owes whom loyalty gets dismissed as small politics beneath the mission. Then the mission loses an ally the SEE had flagged by name.
- Neither one maintains Si, which is vulnerable for the EIE and ignored by the SEE. The apartment functions as a staging area, meals get found, not made, and both of them fall sick the week the campaign ends.
- The EIE wants the SEE's feeling declared to the whole room, while the gamma SEE commits privately, one person at a time. That's Fe values against Fi. The EIE reads the missing public display as a betrayal in rehearsal.
- The EIE's base Fe hits the SEE's demonstrative slot, so the sermon impresses less than intended. The SEE can produce that warmth on demand and knows exactly how the trick works, which means the admiration keeps drifting toward audit.
- Money splits them along quadra lines. The SEE runs on gamma results and asks what the drama actually earned. The EIE finds the question vulgar and can't answer it. Before long the accountant has become the enemy of meaning.
